The Occidian Law is carried out via two primary modes. Laws to be approved by the Council of Junkers are passed by the legislature by majority voted and entered into law only after being granted imperial assent by the Monarch and Imperial Edicts, issued unilaterally by the Monarch on subjects of his exclusive prerrogative.

Laws[edit | edit source]

Laws are the projects of law approved by the Council of Junkers. They are the primary means of legislation and could overturn any other law, including previously approved laws and laws in force from Wilhelmine period, except for some constitutional provisions and Imperial Edicts.
