The Order of St. Luke the Evangelist is a Karno-Ruthenian civil order established in 2017, and recognises activities in the fields of education, science, culture, arts, higher education, research and the protection of the environment.

The order was created on 11 June 2017 by royal decree n. 004/2017 by Thomas I, King of Cumagne. The order has its name derived from St. Luke the Evangelist, one of the Four Evangelists — the four traditionally ascribed authors of the canonical Gospels. The Roman Catholic Church and other major denominations venerate him as Saint Luke the Evangelist and as a patron saint of artists, physicians, surgeons, students and butchers.

The order became obsolete in Karnia-Ruthenia on 25 October 2017, when Cumagne signed the Second Treaty of Nison and become an independent micronation again. Due the mentioned treaty, the Emperor-King remained as "Grand Master of the Order of St. Luke the Evangelist", but the order wasn't conferred again in Karnia-Ruthenia until 24 December 2019, due the Christmas's Honors List that granted the Order for the first time in two years and was placed above the Order of Legislative Merit and with just one Grand Master.
