Vaughn Bullock
Vaughn Bullock, also known as Von Oëttinger, was born in Chicago, Illinois on 07 June 1993. Mostly of Irish heritage, proudly displays the British side of him. He was the State Leader of Illinois and was the closest adviser to then Chancellor of New Europe Johannus von Ikner.

If there are two things that people would relate to him, those things would be a Comedian and a Technical Genius. He literally grew up with computers in preschool and learned typing at a young age with help from his sister. Currently, he makes websites for people for side income. He is a genius at coding and refers to himself as the "Haxmonkey".
War Hero[edit | edit source]
During the Meissner-Antifan War he was choosen as New Europe's top cyber coordinator. He was the one launched the S.P.A.M. attacks and conducted majority of New Europe's war efforts. By the war's end, he was a dedicated soldier to the Empire and to its Emperor, and was declared a "War Hero". He received the New European Gold Cross for his efforts and extraordinary dedication to the Empire.
During the Camurian War, he was given command of the New European actions in the war. And although no New European victory was achieved, he did prevent the enemy from winning the war. and for that he was awarded the Iron Cross.
