Alexis Heinekamp (born 1989) is the 1st and current Chairwoman of the New European Imperial Constitutional Court. She has served since December 3, 2009. Having been nominated by Emperor Wilhelm after the New European Civil War. She is usually considered to be a judicial moderate. For this reason, she was apointed to preside over the Fascist Leadership Trial.
