Career[edit | edit source]

Military[edit | edit source]

Monroe was the Adjutant Supreme Commander of the Delveran Armed Services, and served as David Sarkozy's second in command from the formation of the Army of the Commonwealth in July 2011 to his dismissal in 2016. He held infantry commands in the Army, but is most renowned for his service as Commanding Officer of the Delveran Cavalry Regiment, which he founded. He participated in every early military training exercise and operation, and is regarded as the best field commander to have served the Grand Republic.

Politics[edit | edit source]

As the only Delveran citizen residing therein, Monroe was the Chief Director of the Republican Military Protectorate, a position he held from 2012 to 2016. He was a leading supporter of secession from the NottaLottan Empire, and was indeed considered by many to have started the movement in 2012. He signed the Declaration of Independence from the NLE, the Delveran Writ of Rights, and the Delveran Constitution as Chief Director, as well as numerous Commonwealth Resolutions.
