The House of Koty was a noble family of princes and dukes of Karnia-Ruthenia. The family arose in the area around 2020 and took their name after being nobilited by the Emperor-King of Karnia-Ruthenia on 16 February 2020. On November 2020, the titles of the family were revoked.

Members of the House were considered the direct descendants of the first Prince, Joseph, but the house have two branches: of the Princes of Koty and of the Dukes of Hohensee and Geldenburg. The style used for the first branch is "His/Her Highness, Prince/Princess X of Koty", while the heir use the style of "His/Her Highness, Hereditary-Prince/Princess X of Koty". The heir apparent was His Highness, Hereditary Prince Bruno of Koty, older son of Prince Joseph of Koty and followed by his own daugther, Her Highness, Princess Emilly of Koty.

The other branch, also descendants of Prince Joseph of Koty - his daugther, Bruna, received the title of Duchess of Hohensee and Geldenburg, with the style of Her Highness. The style used for the second branch is "His/Her Highness, Duke/Duchess X of Hohensee and Geldenburg", while the heir use the style of "His/Her Highness, Prince/Princess X of Hohensee and Geldenburg, Prince/Princess of Koty". The heir apparent was His Highness, Prince Marcos of Hohensee and Geldenburg, Prince of Koty, only child of Duchess Bruna of Hohensee and Geldenburg. Prince Marcos was the third in line to the title of Prince of Koty, after his uncle and cousin.
