Jacob Benning

Jacob Benning (born 21 September 1995) is a North American Army officer and former Governor of Oahu and Minister of Media. He began his micronational career by becoming a member of the Confederate government under Joseph Marx. Benning has worked closely with the government in the formation of a new military rank system and flag design.
