The Karno-Ruthenian Ambassador to Belgium is in charge of the Karno-Ruthenian Embassy in Brussels, the imperial and royal diplomatic mission to the Belgium. The official title is His Majesty's Ambassador to the Kingdom of Belgium and the position of ambassador to Belgium.

The ambassador's main duty is to present Karno-Ruthenian policies to the Belgian-born citizens and their government, and to report Belgian policies and views to the Government of Karnia-Ruthenia. The ambassador is the head of the Karnia-Ruthenia's consular service in Belgium. As well as directing diplomatic activity in support of trade and for the provision of consular support to Karno-Ruthenian citizens in Belgium. He also oversees cultural relations between the two countries.

The embassy in Belgium is one of the most important embassies of Karnia-Ruthenia, considering the fact that the Belgian-born citizens of the Empire are the majority of the French-speaking citizens. The ambassador to Belgium was also the Ambassador-at-Large to the French-speaking micronations until the creation of the Embassy to France on 02 April 2020..
