The Karno-Ruthenian Ambassador to Czechia is in charge of the Karno-Ruthenian Embassy in Prague, the imperial and royal diplomatic mission to the Czechia. The official title is His Majesty's Ambassador to Czechia and the position of ambassador to Czechia.

The ambassador's main duty is to present Karno-Ruthenian policies to the Czech-born citizens and their government, and to report Czech policies and views to the Government of Karnia-Ruthenia. The ambassador is the head of the Karnia-Ruthenia's consular service in Czechia. As well as directing diplomatic activity in support of trade and for the provision of consular support to Karno-Ruthenian citizens in Czechia. He also oversees cultural relations between the two countries.
