The Karno-Ruthenian Ambassador to the Philippines is in charge of the Karno-Ruthenian Embassy in Manila, the imperial and royal diplomatic mission to the Philippines. The official title is His Majesty's Ambassador to the Republic of the Philippines and the position of ambassador to Italy.
The ambassador's main duty is to present Karno-Ruthenian policies to the Filipino-born citizens and their government, and to report Filipino policies and views to the Government of Karnia-Ruthenia. The ambassador is the head of the Karnia-Ruthenia's consular service in Philippines. As well as directing diplomatic activity in support of trade and for the provision of consular support to Karno-Ruthenian citizens in Philippines. He also oversees cultural relations between the two countries.
