Lucas of Frag, Infante of Woestein and of Lorenburg, born Lucas Fridericus Wilhelmus of Woestein and of Lorenburg, is one of the main micronationalists of his time. Among his main occupied positions are minister of state, chancellor, king of arms and politician in the United Provinces of Mauritia. He is the second in line to succeed to the title of Prince of Woestein.

He is widely known in Karnia-Ruthenia not only for his kinship with the Stadhouder of Mauritia, but also for being the main author of the Treaty of São Salvador and for being the doyen of the diplomatic corps present in the Imperial and Royal Court of Persenburg, a position he occupies not only for his logevity in office, but due the United Provinces of Mauritia be the seat of the Micronational Catholic Church.
