Lucas Othonsen is the second and current Hofpfalzgraf, head of the Academy of Heraldry of Karnia-Ruthenia. He's also one of the most renowned painters of the Empire, responsabily for several portraits of Karno-Ruthenian personalities since 2022. He was also present at the first meeting of citizens from Karnia-Ruthenia in Rio de Janeiro in 2021.
