The Meritorious Volunteer Service Award is a civil award presented by the Grand Republic of Delvera recognizing "citizens of the Grand Republic who have demonstrated volunteer spirit via a significant act of personal service." The Award is the second highest civilian award that is presented by the Delveran government after the Order of Liberty.
The Award was created by the Council of Governors on 13 October 2016.
Admission[edit | edit source]
An individual may be nominated for the Award by a Delveran citizen, who submits the nomination to the Council of Governors for review. If a simple majority of the Council votes in favor of admission, the First Consul presents the award to the new recipient.
