The Minister-President of the Kingdom of Ruthenia, commonly translated as Minister-President of Ruthenia is the head of government of the Kingdom of Ruthenia and act as the head of government of the Ruthenian half of Karnia-Ruthenia. The Minister-President is in charge of the Diet of Ruthenia, considering he is also the Leader of the House of Magnates. The office was created after the signature of the Karno-Ruthenian Compromise of 2016, that abolished the office of Chancellor of Ruthenia and replaced by the office of Minister-President. The first elections for Leader of the House of Magnates were called on 13-16 May of 2016. It was desestablished due the Constitution of 2017, that unified the office with the Prime Minister of Karnia, creating the new position of Imperial Chancellor.
