The Ministry of Culture is the government department responsible the development of the cultural identity of the Karno-Ruthenian Empire. It is one of the ministries created after the signature of the Karno-Ruthenian Compromise of 2016. The Minister of Culture is the head for the development of cultural activities, as well as the promotion of our cultural identity within the Empire as much as abroad.
