The Ministry of Internal Affairs is the government department responsible for policing, emergency management, supervision, conduct of elections and public administration; Responsible for the development of measures to attract citizens and regulate the entry and exit of nationals; Responsible of co-ordinate the establishment of domestic and foreign policies as well other strategic initiatives of the Karno-Ruthenian Empire. It is one of the oldest ministries, created in the Kingdom of Ruthenia, predecessor state of Karnia-Ruthenia. After the publication of the new Constitution, the Ministry of Internal Affairs was renamed Ministry of State of Home Affairs. It was dissolved by the Imperial Decree n. 129-2018[1] on 09 February 2018.
