Nicola Pillonetto is one of the first citizens of the Empire from Italy and the first Karno-Ruthenian Ambassador to Italy, appointed by Oscar I on 30 April 2019.
Born in 1975 in Italy, Pillonetto is also a police officer, founder of the "European Volunteers Association", that is committed to environmental, animal and civil protection, blood and organ donation and the preservation and studies on historical vehicles.
In addition, he is the delegate for the Province of Treviso of the "Fraternità della Strada", which deals with road safety and a volunteer in the Italian Red Cross and in the Auxiliary Coast Guard.
Micronational life[edit | edit source]
After acquire Karno-Ruthenian citizenship, he was invited to assume the position of Karno-Ruthenian Ambassador to Italy, in a new policy to offer for the first citizen of a country the cerimonial position of representative of the Empire in the country. He assumed the office on 30 April 2019.
On 16 June 2020, Nicola Pillonetto joined the Civil Protection Department of the Ministry of Health of Italy on behalf of the Karno-Ruthenian Red Cross to help fight COVID-19[1]. Was the first mission of the KRRC in Europe during the COVID-19 outbreak.
On 01 August 2020, he was made Baron Pillonetto di Treviso[2], and a year later, he received the Imperial and Royal Order of the Lion, first class[3].
