Nicolas François Jacques Grangier de Fleurac is a nobleman, former Minister of Foreign Affairs[1] and diplomat of Karnia-Ruthenia.

Ruthenia was the first micronation he joined and he was made on 21 January 2016, the Count of Fleurac.

He is also an author and an aspiring diplomat. He is reputed as one of the precursors of the Karno-Ruthenian Compromise of 2016. On 20 January 2017, he left the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and became the first Minister without Portfolio of the Karno-Ruthenian government.
