The Order of the House of Hochenberg is a dynastic order of knighthood founded in Hochenberg by Grand Duchess Maria I. The Order is one of the highest honours of the Grand Duchy alongside the Order of Ottokar.
Grades, precedence, and insignia[edit | edit source]
Grades[edit | edit source]
The Order is confered in two grades, Sash and Collar, and Knight or Dame. Recipients of the Order receive the post nominals SCOHH (Sash and Collar) and KOHH or DOHH for Knghts and Dames. The Grand Duchess, Maria, as the fons honorum of the Hochenbergian honours is the Grand Mistress and Sovereign of the Order.
Precedence[edit | edit source]
The Order is the Highest honour of Sildavia, alongside the Order of Ottokar. The Order ranks above the Order of Merit of Hochenberg.
