State of Slavs of America, officially the Provisional Government of the State of Slavs of America, is a micronation located in South America, bordered by Brazil. The micronation was founded on 05 August 2022 by Oscar I and Ari I, previously King of Ameroslavia, after negotiations with the People's Republic of Rivalia that disestablished Ameroslavia, that was replaced by the Provisional Government of the State of Slavs of America. It was succeeded by the Kingdom of Pannonia
Using the Nomadic Micronation Theory, the territorial claim was found bordered by the city of Floriano, Piauí, a former foreign property of the House of Götzö-Thomaz-Rocha transformed into a micronation in its own right. It was later reformed into the Kingdom of Pannonia.
Etimology[edit | edit source]
Stopping the use of the name Ameroslavia and considering the transitional nature of the government, its only intention was to appoint that the state that would replace Ameroslavia was meant for the people with Slavic ancestry in America.

Establishment[edit | edit source]
On 04 August 2022, the Government of the People's Republic of Rivalia contacted the Government of Karnia-Ruthenia showing interest to renegotiate the terms of the concession made over not only the name Ameroslavia, but also for the system of government, suggesting the disestablishment of the monarchy in favor of a republic. Understanding the situation of the founder of Ameroslavia and reaching a friendly agreement, the imperial government decided to maintain the monarchy, but perform changes in Ameroslavia, officially dissolving it and creating it in its place the Provisional Government of the State of Slavs of America.
From 05 August to 13 August 2022, the Government of the People's Republic of Rivalia formed along the original institutions of the previous Monarchy of Ameroslavia to establish the Ameroslav Provisional Government, while the Karno-Ruthenian backed regime established the Provisional Government of the State of Slavs of America.
By 13 August 2022, Ameroslavia proper was reorganized into the Ameroslav People's Republic, a socialist republic, much influenced by former socialist phase in Ameroslavia and the whole existence of Rivalia, with the former king Lennart as the People Secretary[1]. Meanwhile, since 06 August the Provisional Government headed by Ari I gathered in Antonvilla considered the establishment of Pannonia as an alternative to replace Ameroslavia, but only on 13 August was decided that at midnight, coincidentally Oscar I birthday and Father's Day in Karnia-Ruthenia, Ari I would officially reign over Pannonia, formally founding the new kingdom.

Politics[edit | edit source]
The State of Slavs of America could be defined as a unitary autocratic monarchy and certainly could be referred as a provisional government, ruled by the King, who is both head of state and head of government with legislative powers and judicial authority.
Internal affairs[edit | edit source]
The State of Slavs of America is an unitary state directly administrated by the King, and was totally comprised by private property owned by the King: Antonvilla (seat of the King), the courtyard (that along Antonvilla forms the capital, Arigrad, former Lenartgrad) and the park (the rest of the property that forms the State of Slavs of America).
Foreign policy[edit | edit source]
The foreign policy consists of non-intervention, self-determination, international cooperation and the peaceful settlement of conflicts. The King himself is the supreme authority on foreign policy. The foreign policy is a by-product of the country's microposition as a new and poorly-populated micronation with few government officials. The country relates itself mostly with other micronations at the Brazilian sector. The State of Slavs of America foreign policy generally has been based on the principles of multilateralism, peaceful dispute settlement, and non-intervention in the affairs of other countries.

The kingdom does not have any military, although Karnia-Ruthenia provided the occupation of Ameroslavia and the State of Slavs of America under the command of the King and the army he commands, the Second Army, in case of need, and it relied mostly on the Brazilian police system (State of Piauí Military Police). In any case, the military presence is de facto, only for cerimonial protection and defensive virtual warfare.
Geography[edit | edit source]
Surrounded by Floriano, Piauí, in Brazil, the State of Slavs of America is not far from the Brazilian state of Maranhão on the west and the United Provices of Mauritia. The Parnaíba River forms the boundary with Maranhão and lies almost entirely within the basin of the Parnaíba and its tributaries. Part of the state on the Atlantic coast and along the lower Parnaíba is low, swampy, and historically malarial. South of this the country rises gradually to a plateau with open campos, where most of Ruthenia is located.
Ecoregion[edit | edit source]
The sandy soils along the Atlantic coast are home to the restingas, low evergreen forests adapted to the nutrient-poor conditions and is also home to the Maranhão Babaçu forests, which extend westward into Maranhão. This ecoregion is dominated by stands of the Babaçu palm.
Climate[edit | edit source]
The climate is hot and humid, with high day-time temperatures and cool nights.
