The Saint Olaf Agreement (Portuguese: Acordo de Santo Olavo entre a Ordem Laterana e a Conferência de Santiago) is a treaty signed between Emperor-King Oscar of Karnia-Ruthenia and Prince-Protector César David, Regent of the Lateran State in which it was agreed that the Lateran State would cease to be an independent micronation and would become a member state of the Karno-Ruthenian Empire, submitted to its laws, Constitution and Emperor as Prince-Protector, with Prince Nicholas of the Laterans as Regent.
While part of the Empire, at the same document was recognized the foundation of the Secular Order of the Lateran Knights, a secular religious order with the status of sovereign order, with membership in the Conference of Santiago. The text of the Treaty also created the XIV Army.
