The Karno-Ruthenian Thirteenth Army is a Karno-Ruthenian permanent field army and was officially established in 29 March 2020, located at Ephigeniastadt, capital of Daugavia. The task of this Army when founded was to defend Daugavia and its citizens until the dissolution of the duchy on 31 December 2020.
On 18 October 2023, the Army was recreated, but this time located in Hornuver, capital of Temeswaria, a state member of Karnia-Ruthenia, but military-ruled, being considered a military occupation. Eventually, in early November 2023, it would serve in Acrin as well, becoming responsible for its defense as well.
