Treaty of Leige
The Treaty of Leige is a treaty signed between Emperor-King Oscar of Karnia-Ruthenia and King Christian of Carpathia in which it was agreed that Carpathia and Letzembourg would become independent and leave the Karno-Ruthenian Empire[1].
The agreement was cordial, ending the administrative union, but granting dual citizenship to all former citizens, disbanding the Sixth Army, headquartered in Victoria, keeping the honors bestowed to members of the House of Letzembourg and turning Carpathia and Letzembourg independent.
