The Treaty of Porto Liberdade is a treaty signed between Emperor-King Oscar of Karnia-Ruthenia and Queen Marina of Manso in which it was agreed that Karnia-Ruthenia would provide cooperation about the learning of administrative practices and free acess for diplomatic and governamental staff of Manso within Karno-Ruthenian structure.
