Purpose Union of Celyn to Karnia-Ruthenia.

The Treaty of Woodland is a treaty signed between Emperor-King Oscar of Karnia-Ruthenia and Duke Ethan of Celyn in which it was agreed that the Celyn, then a kingdom, would cease to be an independent micronation and would become a member state of the Karno-Ruthenian Empire, submitted to its laws, Constitution and Emperor, as a free territory.

The parties agreed to keep the terms of the treaty indefinitely, preserving the conditions that provide the signing of the treaty, stating that if the implementation of the treaty becomes infeasible to both parties, the signatories would to restore the status quo ante.

After the illegal disestablishment of the micronation by its founder, that informed the Karno-Ruthenian authorities of its intentions without informing a date to act properly, the Emperor-King revoked the Treaty of Woodland[1] on the same day, 04 August 2020, and released the information with a public note[2] informing the dissolution was illegal, but formalized by Karno-Ruthenian authorities.
