The Ungerecht War (German: unjust) was the name of an conflict that began on 22 February 2010 when the Holy Republic of Paragonia declared war on the Ohio Empire, for no verified reason. The following day, the Empire of New Europe declared war on Paragonia in defense of Ohio. Despite the name, the conflict brought any major problem or fight of any significance, being forget by the government of New Europe, of its successors states, the North American Confederation and the Occidian Empire for more then 10 years.

In early Decemebr 2020, Oscar I of Karnia-Ruthenia noticed the lack of conclusion of the conflict and, with the consent of the Council of Junkers, the legislature of Occidia, in the terms of the Imperial Constitution, declared the cease of hostilities and the end of conflict on 24 December 2020, at 11:59 p.m., also declaring the war won by Occidia and the Holy Republic of Paragonia defeated and disestablished.
