Archduchess Valentina of Karnia is a member of House of Götzö-Thomaz-Rocha as the first daughter of Queen Beatriz of Huzul, and adopted elder daughter of King Eugene József of Huzul. Her maternal grandmother renounced her rights of sucession to the Karno-Ruthenian throne in order to marry, but her title and style, and of her children and grandchildren was eventually confirmed by his nephew, Oscar I, as long as recognized by the Head of the House. As much as her mother, she is not entitled to right of succession to the throne.

However, during December 2023, talks between her adoptive father and her mother's cousin, Emperor Oscar of Karnia were held and the crown of the State of Huzul was offered to Count Santory de Saxa-Gondomar, to rule over a small territory close to Valentina's grandparents house in São Paulo. With the support of her another of her mother's cousin, King Guilherme of Taslavia, it was granted to her father the title of Archduke of Karnia along his new royal title and the inheritance rights of her children were also settled.

Valentina became not only an Archduchess of Karnia, but was decided that she would be the sole heir to the comital title of her parents, and despite no rights to the Karno-Ruthenian throne, she was the second in line to the Huzul throne, after her younger sister, the first natural children of her parents, Crown Princess Laura of Huzul. On her seventh birthday, her mother's cousin, Oscar I, granted her the Order of Oscar.
