Zeke Graves is an Avannian/Delveran politician and military serviceman. Graves was enlisted into the Grand Republican Army by David Sarkozy and Nikias Wernher in Summer 2014 when they were employed together. One year later, he was appointed to the position of Governor of Avannia after his predecessor became inactive.
In July 2016, his Delveran citizenship was revoked due to inactivity.
Career[edit | edit source]
Military[edit | edit source]
Graves was enlisted into the Grand Republican Army in July 2014, following several informational sessions and discussions with David Sarkozy and Nikias Wernher at a Boy Scout summer camp, where the trio were working. He attended the Summer 2014 Drill Exercises, where he established himself as a weapons' expert and competent soldier. At the Summer 2015 Drill Exercises, after taking the position of Governor of Avannia, he was promoted to the rank of Sergeant. He served under Sarkozy in the Delveran Infantry Regiment until his discharge due to inactivity in mid 2016.
Politics[edit | edit source]
Graves became the third person to be appointed Governor of Avannia in August 2015. The election was controversial, as Avannia boasted only two voting citizens, short of the three required for a new province, though there is no law stating that a province must be disbanded if it falls below this limit. Also, both citizens nominated the other for the position of Governor and the vote in the election was tied, requiring a semi-legal tie-breaker vote from the First Consul. Graves was less than pleased with the result, but resolved to do his duties better than his predecessors.
Despite this, Avannia continued to decline until it was converted into a territory in 2016. Graves was replaced as the Territorial Administrator in mid 2016.
